Pursuant to §3.1.2 of the N.T.H.M Bylaws, Qualified Members have received this notice that the 2024 Annual General Meeting and Election will be held in 21 calendar days at NTHM.

In accordance with §3.1.5 of the N.T.H.M Bylaws, the Agenda will be as follows:
A-Confirmation of minutes of previous general meeting. Please note there are two sets of minutes attached to this email for your review, and two attachments related to those meetings.

B-Statement regarding any amendments/changes to the Bylaws Please note there are no proposed by-laws or amendments being presented at the 2024 AGM
A copy of the most recent version of the NTHM Bylaws is attached for reference. Refer to NTHM Bylaws_v2024.pdf
C- Acceptance of reports - general and financial - These will be presented for review at the 2024 AGM.
D- Election of executive office bearers for the ensuing year - Nominations will occur during 2024 AGM.
E- Election of Board of Trustee members, when necessary. - Nominees for a BoT seat for 2025-2030 term will be presented.
F - Any other matter that should be discussed at the general meeting - please submit any new business to NTHM.President@gmail.com PRIOR to 02 Nov 2024.
If you are unable to attend the 2024 NTHM Annual General Meeting, you may designate a Proxy/Agent to represent you during voting /elections. Please complete the attached 2024 Proxy Assignment Form. Please note that if you are standing as someone’s proxy you must sign the Proxy Acceptance Form.

If you are unable to make the 2024 NTHM AGM in person you may attend via ZOOM. Please note that you will ***not be allowed to vote*** if you attend via Zoom and must have a proxy form submitted.
